Your appointment time is reserved ONLY for you; we never double book patients...ever. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves time which could have been filled by another patient in need. We offer a very lenient cancellation policy of a minimum of 12hrs notice prior to your appointment by call, text, email, or direct message through the patient portal. There is a late cancellation fee/no-show fee of $65.00 If you reschedule your appointment within 12hrs, there is a $25 reschedule fee. We understand that things can come up unexpectedly in life, please communicate with us and we are always willing to find a fair and equitable solution for both parties.
